How to read this list

Every NYSE and Nasdaq company with an earnings report due this week is listed above, day by day from Monday to Friday, with the time slot beside each name. Each ticker opens the company's own page with a countdown in trading days, the expected or confirmed time of day, and the dates it reported in past quarters. The chip beside each name says whether the date is confirmed by the company, expected from its past filing pattern, or already reported.

Before the open or after the close

Most companies release results outside regular trading hours. A release before the open usually lands between 6:00 and 9:00 a.m. Eastern, so the stock's first reaction is at the 9:30 a.m. opening bell. A release after the close lands after 4:00 p.m. Eastern, so the reaction shows in after-hours trading and at the next day's open. “Time not announced” means the date comes from the company's filing history but the company has not yet said which slot it will use; most do once they announce the date.

Confirmed or expected

A confirmed date is one the company itself announced, in a press release, on its investor relations site, or in an SEC filing. An expected date is our projection from the company's own filing history: how many days after each fiscal quarter ended it reported in prior years, on which weekday, and at what time. Expected dates are upgraded to confirmed as announcements arrive, and the key above shows how often past expected dates landed within a few days of the real one. Companies that have passed their usual date without filing are listed separately on the full calendar.

Where the dates come from

Dates are gathered from SEC filings (Form 8-K earnings releases and date advisories), the press wires, and company investor relations sites and email alerts, and checked around the clock. This page is regenerated every hour, so a date announced in the morning is reflected by midday. Counts are in U.S. stock market trading days, the same engine behind the live counter and the trading days calculator. For just today's reports, see earnings today; for further out, the full earnings calendar.

What does “Expected” mean next to a date?
An expected date is projected from the company's own SEC filing history rather than announced by the company. The key on this page shows how often past expected dates landed within a few days of the actual date.
How often is this page updated?
The list is regenerated every hour from a database that is updated around the clock from SEC filings, press wires, and company investor relations sites. On Saturdays and Sundays the page shows the week ahead.

Expected dates are projections from public SEC filings, not company announcements. Confirm with the company before making decisions. Not investment advice.
